Equal parts gin, Chartreuse, maraschino liqueur and lime juice, The Last Word bites your tongue and soothes your palate in equal proportion. It’s hard to describe the mix of tangy herbal with sweet evergreen, so just try it next time you’re out at a swank bar (bring the recipe just in case) and let me know if you like it. It’s definitely my new favorite cocktail.
